|My Pack is dirty, how do I clean it?||It's best to hand-wash our packs with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Then just hang upside down to dry. We don't recommend machine-washing- this will shorten the life of your pack!|
|I have lost one side of my sternum strap, where can I purchase a new one?||

|I removed the sternum strap and now I can't seem to put it back on!||
I'm sorry to hear about your sternum strap issue! They are tough to slide back on, but it can be done with a little bit of elbow grease. It helps to wet the tubing that the strap slides onto. Even a little dish soap might help as well to make it a bit more slippery. I've found that it's a little easier to slide them on with pliers.
|I am having issues with keeping my bootlegger suspension on, how can I fix it?||
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your suspension. You need to always keep a bit of tension in the back of the pack (what makes the bag bow-out) to keep the suspension secure. It doesn't have to be too much tension, you just do not want it to be completely released.
