ORDERS, SHIPPING, & RETURNS
How fast are orders processed?
Orders placed by 2:00pm PST of in-stock items ship the same business day. Orders processed on Friday after 2pm or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Can I modify/edit/cancel my order or address? You cannot edit or cancel your order once it’s been submitted, please double check your order prior to submitting it
How long does shipping take?  Our free shipping option ships via USPS primarily for all destinations.Orders placed by 2:00pm PST of in-stock items ship the same day. Depending on where you're located, ground shipping generally takes 2-7 days for delivery from time of shipment.
Where is my order? For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you haven’t received this email please contact us at  Help@boreasgear.com If you want to learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally to most countries, if your country is not listed or you are unable to make an online purchase from your location, please email us at
 Help@boreasgear.com.
What is your return policy? All purchases made through our website may be returned within 30 days. The items must be in new, unused condition with the hang tags still attached. Reference our return page for steps to complete a return.
How can I exchange? We do not currently offer exchanges. Items can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs.
When can I expect my refund? Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect? If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact 
Help@boreasgear.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
What is Boreas Gear’s Warranty policy?

 

All Boreas products embody superior workmanship and come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If your gear is flawed or doesn’t perform as expected, simply shoot us email at Help@boreasgear.com and let us know what happened. We’ll then work with you to find the right solution, whether it’s repairing or replacing the item.

PRODUCT CARE
My Pack is dirty, how do I clean it? It's best to hand-wash our packs with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Then just hang upside down to dry. We don't recommend machine-washing- this will shorten the life of your pack!
I have lost one side of my sternum strap, where can I purchase a new one? Missing/lost/damaged sternum strap? Send us an email to 
Help@boreasgear.com We'd be happy to send you a replacement. Are you missing the male or female side? And what color is your pack? We'll try our best to sending you matching colors, but cannot guarantee we have it available.
I removed the sternum strap and now I can't seem to put it back on! 

I'm sorry to hear about your sternum strap issue! They are tough to slide back on, but it can be done with a little bit of elbow grease. It helps to wet the tubing that the strap slides onto. Even a little dish soap might help as well to make it a bit more slippery. I've found that it's a little easier to slide them on with pliers.

I am having issues with keeping my bootlegger suspension on, how can I fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your suspension. You need to always keep a bit of tension in the back of the pack (what makes the bag bow-out) to keep the suspension secure.  It doesn't have to be too much tension, you just do not want it to be completely released.
